Guidance to authors
Recommendations to authors on the design of scientific materials, submitted for publication in the KazUEFMT Bulletin, since 2018
Articles are accepted in Kazakh, Russian and English. The submitted manuscript should:
- to provide academic and scientific value;
- Have a certain significance and originality, as well as practical value;
- contribute to earlier studies on this topic;
- carefully read and edited.
The following types of manuscripts can be submitted to the journal:
• the original scientific article, which is the final report on the completed original experimental study;
theoretical work devoted to the theoretical study of the problem, which corresponds to the field of the journal;
• a review document, which is a study of a specific scientific problem, which corresponds to the scale of the journal and is based on the materials of scientific publications;
• a short communication article about the event (conference, seminar, exhibition, publication of an important monograph), which corresponds to the coverage of the magazine.
The author indicates:
UDC - on the basis of the Universal Decimal Classification of Information used throughout the world for the systematization of works of science, literature and art, periodicals, various types of documents and the organization of card files. Indicated in the upper left corner of the manuscript.
SCSTI - on the basis of the State rubricator of scientific and technical information used to systematize documents in the Electronic Catalog. SRNTI on its topic can be determined on the website http://grnti.ru/ or http://lib.gup.kz.
Indicated in the upper left corner of the manuscript.
In addition to UDC and SCSTI, you can specify codes for the classification of JEL (JEL Classification). Codes specified by the author should clearly reflect the area of research. The author can use JEL classification codes from two or three areas if they are covered by the study. JEL classification codes can be found at: http://nfmte.com/assets/docs/jel.doc.
JEL codes are listed after keywords.
Key words are translated into three languages (Kazakh, Russian, English).
Before the title of the article in the upper right corner the name of the author (s) is indicated. After the authors' full names, the following must be written: academic degree and academic title, place of work, city (for foreign authors a country is also indicated). The name of the organization or institution is indicated in the nominative case, and the name must be complete, without abbreviations. Also, authors must specify their email addresses.
If there are several authors, they themselves decide on the order in which they are mentioned in the title of the article (the recommended option is depending on the contribution to the study). The list of authors includes only those persons who actually took part in the study and agreed to bear full responsibility for its content.
The title of the article should fully reflect the research topic and its content. It should be short and specific (no more than 10 words). In addition, it should be attractive to the attention of the reader and written using scientific style. It is appropriate to indicate the object of study or specify it with a colon or brackets. It is not recommended to use abbreviations, except generally accepted and well-known.
The material in the manuscript should be based on the principle "from general to specific."
The article should consist of the following sections (this does not exclude the presence of additional subsections), which corresponds to international standards:
Must be written using the following algorithm: the first two or three sentences indicate the relevance of the topic; purpose and object of study; describes the method (s) of research (for theoretical studies - its theoretical basis); the obtained results and their practical value are characterized.
At the same time, each statement must follow logically from the previous one. In the theses for research work it is recommended to use numerical results. In the annotation of the review article, the author can only indicate the issues discussed without presenting the results. In the abstract, the author should not refer to studies or other sources of information, as well as use tables and figures. The text should be short and original. It is inappropriate to use sentences from the text of the article. At the same time, the material missing in the article cannot be presented in the abstract. The number of words should average 150-200, or 7-10 sentences.
The abstract is written in the main language of the manuscript (at the beginning of the article), at the end of the article, after the list of references, there should be an abstract in Kazakh and / or Russian and / or English (depending on the main language of the manuscript).
The purpose of keywords is to provide the reader with an idea of the content of the article. They should reflect the field of study. The number of keywords should average 5-10. There should not be sentences, but only words or groups of words. If the object of study is not mentioned in the title of the document (including the country, region), it should be added to the list of keywords. No need to copy words from the article title.
The introduction should be justified and clarified scientific issues, relevance, purpose and objectives of the study. The goal describes the main results in a concise and concrete form, the achievement of which is the goal of this study. The goal should not copy the name of the manuscript.
The author should specify the problem for which this study was conducted. The introduction should not be long; the author should avoid using tables and numbers. The introduction should describe the research methods. Methods (methodology) of research are described briefly and concretely. If the proposed methods and procedures are used elsewhere, the author should refer to the original sources. In the theoretical work the theoretical basis of the research should be described, theories, prospects, formulas, equations should be presented. If the article uses well-known statistical procedures, the author should not describe their essence, it is enough just to specify them.
The author should describe the analysis and synthesis of relevant works (articles, monographs, reports, theses, etc.) that describe the essence of the problem and / or give an idea of previous research on how to solve it. A review of the literature should be consistent with the objective of the study and present the results of a critical analysis of the analytical basis for testing the research hypothesis.
The literature review should cover the works that have been published both in Kazakhstan (monographs, scientific articles, including in this journal of the university), and outside the country, that is, the problem should be studied at the global level. If necessary, regulatory acts are also analyzed.
It is undesirable to take review text fragments from other works with reference to other authors and include their works in the list of references. When citing the author is obliged to comply with ethical and moral principles, not allowing plagiarism.
When analyzing the literature, the author can use his own publications and refer to them if the description of the problem being investigated requires it.
It is recommended to complete the review of the literature by presenting unresolved issues, identifying discrepancies in the results and results of previous studies, justifying the need to continue research in this area and choosing a specific topic (direction) for this study.
Also try to move away from references from online sources. You can talk about them in the text, the same applies to regulatory documents (in GOST 7.1-2003, there is a design sample).

The results previously obtained by authors or other scientists should not be presented here.
This section outlines the main ideas of the manuscript, formulates the results obtained and their novelty. Suggestions, conclusions and recommendations should confirm the achievement of the goals and objectives of the study. It is necessary to outline the possibility of practical use of the results obtained and suggest directions for further research.
The name of the designated sections (introduction, review of the literature, main part, conclusion) in the article can be omitted.
In the text, links to sources are required. Footnotes (references) for used literature are printed in square brackets.
