Guidance to authors

Materials should be submitted in electronic format (file name - last name and initials of the author or authors) with one copy of the printed text (with a receipt of payment.).

The article should be attached in following formats: WINDOWS XP or RTF (REACH TEXT FORMAT), MS Word 2003 and should be typed in Times New Roman style, with the size of paper- A4.


The Volume of the manuscript should be no longer 6-8 pages.


In the upper left part of the page, before the title of the article is typed UDC code.

In the right part of the paper is typed full names and initials of the author, qualifications, details of position/place of work of all authors.

The title of the manuscript is typed in capital letters in the middle of the sheet, after comes the abstract in the language of article and then keywords. Then through one space/interval comes the text with ordinary font, which should be typed without word-wraps.

The font size is 14, line spacing – single, width of all margins - 2 cm, indent - 1.25 cm. Formulas use in the following application - the Equation Editor (Microsoft Equation).

Footnotes (links) on the used books should appear in square brackets, e.g. [online]. References are printed at the end of the text.

At the end of the article, after the list of references there are should be a brief summary in (4-6 sentences), as well as the full name of the author and the title.

The articles have to be presented with internal and external reviews. The reviewers should have an academic degree.

Published work should be carefully proofread and edited.

In the collection are placed original, previously unpublished articles. All articles are subjected to the expert examination by the expert committee, which consists of candidates and doctors of sciences. If necessary, the article is sent back for revision to the author or rejected. The editorial board reserves the right to reject the manuscript from the press for non-compliance with the requirements.

The author himself is responsible for the content and formalization of articles.
